The Channel Club is an eight-storey mid-rise condominium and heritage conversion in Downtown Toronto. The project integrates the Gothic Revival tower of the former College Street Presbyterian Church, originally built in 1884.

After the church was partially demolished in 1988, the developer preserved the polygonal red brick tower. This nineteenth-century masonry was combined with a modern addition of brown brick and charcoal windowpanes.

The architecture combines Victorian ecclesiastical elements with late-twentieth-century residential design. The building functions as a high-density residence that maintains the historical character of the College and Bathurst streetscape.

Residential units range from 450 to 1,299 square feet, primarily consisting of one-bedroom and select two-bedroom layouts. Suites often include arched windows and ceiling heights of 15 feet due to the building's origin as a church conversion.
